New Zealand Government Scholarships Manaaki New Zealand International Scholarships The New Zealand Government offers 100% tuition fees to international students studying full-time at a New Zealand university or Pacific Island university. The scholarships are open to students from Pacific Island, African, Asian, Latin American and Caribbean countries. The scholarships cover 100% tuition fees, a stipend of NZ$531 per week, accommodation (NZ$3,000), medical and travel insurance, travel costs between the home country and New Zealand at the start and end of the scholarship, return travel costs during the scholarship period, and research and dissertation funding for many postgraduate students. 2.
